Golden Ratio Spiral uses Android's Accessibility Service to detect when a supported Camera application is opened or closed. This enables the Golden Ratio composition overlay to appear automatically while the Camera is being used and disappear when the user leaves the Camera.
The Accessibility Service is not used to read screen contents, type text, perform clicks, record audio, access photographs, or perform actions on the user's behalf.
Information used by the Accessibility Service for this functionality is processed locally on the user's device and is not transmitted to ShopMitral Technologies.
Golden Ratio Spiral is not an accessibility tool intended to assist users with disabilities. Accessibility Service access is used only for the camera-detection functionality described above and requires the user's explicit consent and activation through Android Accessibility Settings.
Golden Ratio Spiral requests Android's "Display over other apps" permission so that the Golden Ratio composition guide can be displayed over the user's Camera application. The overlay does not capture or record the Camera application's screen.
The app uses an Android foreground service to maintain the user-enabled composition overlay while the relevant functionality is active. Android may display a persistent system notification while this service is running.
Golden Ratio Spiral does not sell or share personal information with third parties through its own services.
Because Golden Ratio Spiral does not maintain user accounts or transmit personal information to ShopMitral Technologies through its own services, ShopMitral Technologies does not maintain corresponding server-side personal data for this app that requires an account-deletion process.
Local app settings, such as overlay preferences, may be stored on the user's device. Users can remove locally stored app data through Android system settings or by uninstalling the application.
Golden Ratio Spiral may be offered as a one-time paid application through Google Play. Purchase and payment processing is handled by Google Play. Golden Ratio Spiral does not directly receive or store the user's payment-card information.
Golden Ratio Spiral is a general photography composition utility and is not specifically designed to collect personal information from children. The app does not knowingly collect personal information through its own services.
